MTS has launched the world cheapest Android cellphone this october 2011 for masses. They have released the phone with exciting offers like free talk time, SMSs and data usage for both prepaid and the postpaid customers on purchase of MTS Livewire and MTS MTag 3.1 Android phones. If someone is looking for a smartphone that have Android as its Operating System with all features that are generally available in a smart phone then its my personal opinon to get one MTS livewire as it runs on Android 2.2 (Froyo) and they are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 processor and is the cheapest Smartphone.
